Resumo

Os sistemas de produção da indústria automobilística buscam maior produtividade, com linhas enxutas e flexíveis. Esta busca está associada a um ponto de equilíbrio desejado para aumentar os resultados e minimizar os custos. Neste cenário, a tecnologia de MRP permite agilizar a gestão de ferramentas de usinagem e possibilitar ganho de produtividade. Neste trabalho, apresenta-se o processo de substituição de um sistema MRP baseado em planilhas, por um sistema com tecnologia moderna de gestão. Esta substituição permite melhorar o controle de ferramentas, pois reduz o custo de estoque e flexibiliza o planejamento da produção. Os resultados desta utilização elevam o ritmo da produção evitando paradas nas linhas, reduzindo os custos operacionais e geram o ponto de equilíbrio desejado, entre o aumento de produtividade e a redução de custos.

 

The production systems in the automotive industry look for larger productivity, with dry and flexible lines. This search is associated to a balance point requires to increase the results and to minimize the costs. In this scenery, the technology of MRP allows the activation of machining tools administration. This work shows the substitution process of a MRP system based on spreadsheets, for a system with a modern technology of administration. This substitution allows a better tools control, because it reduces the stock cost and flexibles the production planning. The results of this use increase the production rhythm avoiding stops in the lines, reducing the operational costs and generating the desired balance point, between the productivity increase and the costs reduction.
