Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho foi projetar incrementar e criar novos métodos de manutenção nos Staves do Alto-forno 3 , com objetivo de garantir a integridade física além de conter vazamentos provenientes de falhas nos compensadores, onde os mesmos também estão contemplados no plano de manutenção. O projeto focou normalizar e garantir a plena operação dos Staves, contemplando também uma estratégia de aquisição de sobressalente para futura substituição. Com aplicação do projeto, garantiu operar o Alto-forno de forma plena com sistema de refrigeração existente.

 

The objective of this work was to design, enhance and create new methods of maintenance on Staves of Blast Furnace 3, in order to ensure the physical integrity and to contain leaks from cracks in compensators, where they are also included in the maintenance plan. The projects focused stabilize and ensure the full operation of Staves, contemplating also a strategy of spare purchase for future replacement. With implementation of the project, we assured the fully operation of blast furnace with existing cooling system.
