O trabalho técnico descreve dois aspectos do programa de gestão da energia da ASU FortAL que envolvem ações de controle e manutenção da eficiência de trocadores de calor e ações de gestão do uso da energia elétrica na ASU como: i? Controle e manutenção da eficiência do trocador de calor E07 do sistema de préresfriamento descrendo as ações do programa de manutenção da eficiência e seus impactos na eficiência energética e redução do custo operacional; e ii) ações relativas à gestão do uso da energia elétrica para redução da demanda e do consumo de energia elétrica no horário de ponta, envolvendo renegociação de contrato, ações de controle operacional e ações e procedimentos adotados para a contenção de desvios.
This paper describes two aspects of energy management program of FortAL ASU involving actions to control and maintain the efficiency of heat exchangers and management actions to use electricity at ASU as: i) control and maintain the efficiency of the heat exchanger E07 which belong to the pre-cooling system of ASU, describing all actions taken through the maintenance program of the efficiency of heat exchanger with has impacted on energy efficiency and lower operating costs; ii) actions for the management of electric power use to reduce demand and consumption of electric power at peak hours, involving renegotiation of the contract, operating actions and operating procedures to contain deviations.
