Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir sobre o projeto da agenda 21 para a cidade de Cubatão, evidenciando a busca do desenvolvimento sustentável da região através da elaboração de projetos em conjunto com a sociedade local, focando aspectos econômicos, ambientais e sociais. Para a implantação da Agenda 21 em Cubatão, foram estabelecidas as etapas: organização de grupos de trabalho através da participação do conselho da cidade, conselho consultivo, secretaria executiva, coordenadores temáticos e pessoas interessadas; levantamento do diagnóstico da cidade de Cubatão identificando os pontos fortes, fracos, oportunidades e ameaças; levantamento dos possíveis cenários para a cidade através de projetos envolvendo 17 áreas, incluindo a área de logística e o detalhamento dos projetos desta para a cidade de Cubatão, a serem implementados até 2020. Os resultados esperados na área de logística com a implantação da Agenda 21 em Cubatão são projetos que contemplam a implantação de melhorias na infra estrutura da região através da construção de terminais de container, pátios para caminhões e novas vias de acesso, a implantação de sistemas que melhorem o fluxo de veículos na região, como a correia da serra e o trecho sul do Rodoanel, o desenvolvimento de projetos para o transporte hidroviário, a ampliação dos pátios ferroviários e desenvolvimento de projetos portuários e áreas retroportuárias.

 

This work has as objective to argue on the project of agenda 21 for the city of Cubatão, being evidenced the search of the sustainable development of the region through the elaboration of projects in set with the local society, concentrate economic, ambient and social aspects. For the implantation of Agenda 21 in Cubatão, the stages had been established: organization of work groups through the participation of the advice of the city, consulting board, executive secretariat, thematic coordinators and interested people; survey of the diagnosis of the city of Cubatão identifying the strong, weak points, chances and threats; survey of the possible scenes for the city through projects involving 17 areas, including the logistic detailing and area of the projects of this for the city of Cubatão, to be implemented up to 2020. The results waited in the area of logistic with the implantation of Agenda 21 in Cubatão are projects that contemplate the implantation of improvements in the infra structure of the region through the construction of container terminals, yards for trucks and new ways of access, the implantation of systems that improve the flow of vehicles in the region, as the leather strap of the mountain range and the stretch south of the Rodoanel, the development of projects for the hidroviário transport, the magnifying of the yards railroad workers and development of projects ports and dock worker areas.
