Resumo

A principal aplicação do PIMS é viabilizar a transformação de informações do processo em conhecimento e valor. A busca da excelência operacional se dá através da implementação de KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) como drivers que efetivamente contribuem para a agregação de valor ao negócio da VMB. Além do levantamento convencional junto aos engenheiros para a Especificação Funcional (visão bottom-up), aplica-se uma metodologia para levantar a visão do negócio (visão top-down) junto aos gestores. A integração entre os gerentes (responsáveis pelas decisões), os engenheiros (que conhecem as operações) e os Controllers (que possuem as informações de custos) busca identificar os principais desafios e oportunidades de melhoria dos processos, nivelamento de informações, apresentação de conceitos e metodologias para definição, elaboração e medição de ganhos de KPIs. Através de workshops de nivelamento de conceitos e elaboração de KPIs, implementação dos KPIs em aplicativos do Sistema PIMS, treinamentos e medição de ganhos, foram gerados e avaliados os KPIs de negócio, objetivo do projeto. A medição de ganhos para a quantificação do valor real gerado pela sua implantação foi avaliada ao final da implementação dos KPIs.

 

The main application of PIMS is make the process of transformation of information into knowledge and value. The quest for operational excellence is given through the implementation of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and drivers that effectively contribute to the aggregation of value to the business of VMB. In addition to conventional lifting with the engineers for the Functional Specification (bottom-up vision), applies a methodology to raise the vision of the business (top down view) to managers. The integration between the Managers (responsible for decisions), the Engineers (who know the operations) and the Controllers (which have the details of costs) seek to identify the major challenges and opportunities for improving processes, capping of information, presentation of concepts and methodologies for identifying, preparing and measurement of gains in KPIs. Through workshops levelling of concepts and development of KPIs, implementation of KPIs in applications System PIMS, training and measurement of earnings, were generated and evaluated the KPIs of business, purpose of the project. The measurement of earnings for the quantification of the real value generated by their deployment was evaluated at the end of the implementation of the KPIs.
