O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar como a Gestão Colaborativa de Manufatura (Colaborative Manufacturing Management - CMM) pode auxiliar as empresas a atingirem melhores níveis operacionais. Comentaremos sobre a nova tendência das soluções de TI, que apóiam esta nova iniciativa.
Today’s new, collaborative e-solutions are increasingly supporting manufacturing business models that operate in real-time. However, these supply chain models, which require highly synchronized manufacturing and enterprise data, need proven implementation methodologies and experienced partners to realize dramatic ROI and fully leverage the benefits of these systems.
