Resumo

Com as mudanças comportamentais do consumidor foi necessário que o mercado automotivo se adaptasse rapidamente para atender exigências relacionadas ao desempenho, qualidade, segurança e impactos ambientais impulsionando a procura de novas alternativas em materiais utilizados e processos. O presente trabalho apresenta a importância do pré-tratamento da superfície da carroceria automotiva e a aplicação do antioxidante para a qualidade do produto final, realizando uma análise dos defeitos gerados por falhas no processo e propondo, se possível, melhorias. O estudo foi realizado em uma empresa automotiva com o foco na fase final do processo descrito acima, onde foi realizada a análise dos dados coletados no período de janeiro a março de 2016. A fim de identificar os principais problemas de falta de camada da cataforese, verificou-se a necessidade do uso de ferramentas de controle para detectar sua causa raiz e encontrou um desvio no pH causado por bactéria no banho. Neste trabalho, verificou-se que a utilização de ferramentas de controle possibilitam a rápida identificação e correção de desvios.

 

With the behavioral consumer changes, it was necessary that the automotive market to adapt quickly to comply with the requirements related to performance, quality, safety and environmental impacts boosting the demand for new alternatives in used materials and processes. This paper presents the importance of pre-treatment surface of the automotive body and the application of the antioxidant to the quality of the final product by accomplishing an analysis of defects generated by failures in the process and proposing possible improvements. The study was conducted in an automotive company with a focus in the final stage of the process described above, where the analysis of the data was collected from January to March 2016. In order to identify the main problems of lack of cataphoresis layer, there is a need for use of control tools to detect and find their root cause a shift in pH caused by bacteria in the bath. In this work, it was found that the use of control tools enable quick identification and correction of deviations.
