Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar os parâmetros ótimos do processo de soldagem do aço API 5L X60, utilizado pelas companhias de petróleo, no transporte de petróleo e gás. O processo empregado foi o Eletrodo Revestido (SMAW) sendo que a soldagem ocorreu na posição plana. Identificou-se que as variáveis resposta referentes a esta análise a altura, a largura, a penetração e a largura da raiz do cordão de solda. Na identificação dos parâmetros ótimos de soldagem utilizou-se a técnica estatística de planejamento de experimentos fatorial com dois níveis e quatro parâmetros, totalizando 16 experimentos.

 

The objective of this work it is to identify to the excellent parameters of the process of welding of steel API 5L X60, used for the oil company, in the transport of oil and gas. The employed process was SMAW being that the welding occurred in the plain position. It was identified that the response variable to the height, the width, the penetration and the width of the root of the weld lace. In the identification of the excellent parameters of welding it was used technique statistics of planning of experiments factorial with two levels and four parameters, totalizing 16 experiments.
