Resumo

Na quebra dos grampos de fixação do feixe de mola da suspensão do último eixo do caminhão Scania PGR10X4, tínhamos um grande transtorno devido ao deslocamento do mesmo. Com esta avaria tínhamos quase todos componentes do eixo danificados gerando assim um grande tempo do caminhão em manutenção e auto-custo para reposição das peças. Devido este grande problema desenvolvemos um sistema de travamento do eixo utilizando duas barras de reação do próprio fabricante, modificamos seu embuchamento e adaptamos mancais no eixo fixando assim o eixo na travessa da suspensão do mesmo. Com este sistema se houver o rompimento do grampo de fixação do 5° eixo ele tem a função de segurar o eixo e evitando assim à quebra de seus componentes como acontece com os caminhões sem este sistema de segurança.

 

In the fall of the retaining clips of beam suspension spring the last axis truck Scania PGR10X4, we had a big disorder due to the displacement of the same. With this fault we had almost all shaft components damaged thus generating a great time of the truck in maintenance and self cost for replacement of parts. Because this great problem we developed a system of locking of the axis using two bars of reaction of the manufacturer himself, we have modified his slugging, we adapt bearings in the axis by setting the axis on the cross member of the suspension of the same. With this system if there is tearing of the clip of 5° axis it has the function of holding the shaft and thus avoiding the breaking of their components as happens with the trucks without this security system.
