Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar as melhores práticas para o uso e instalação de dispositivos utilizados para controle e monitoração de variáveis normalmente encontradas em ambientes industriais, baseados na tecnologia Foundation Fieldbus. Mostra como o protocolo utilizado na Foundation Fieldbus foi elaborado, baseado no modelo OSI, as característcas elétricas do nível de sinal que trafega na rede Foundation Fieldbus, as diversas configurações da rede H1, incluindo configuração com segurança intrínseca, os dispostivos típicos utilizados, incluindo os tipos de cabos que podem ser utilizados e suas características. Também mostra, características da rede rápida padrão Ethernet especificada pela Foundation Fieldbus, a HSE (High Speed Ethernet), assim como os tipos de enlaces (simples e redundantes) que podem ser utilizados. Mostra ainda, as FBs (Function Blocks) que podem ser utilizadas pelos dispostivos Foundation Fieldbus.

 

The subject of this presentation is to show the best practices when using and installing devices to control and monitoring variables normally found in industrial environment, base don Foundation Fieldbus technology. It shows how the protocol used by Foundation Fieldbus was generated, based on OSI Model, the electrical feature of the signal that run over the Foundation Fieldbus network, the many configuration of H1 field network, including intrinsically safe configuration, the typical devices used, including types of cables that could be used and their features. Also shows, features of the Foundation Fieldbus fast network (HSE – High Speed Ethernet), as well as the link types (single and redundant), that can be used. It still shows the FBs (Function Blocks) that can be used by Foundation Fieldbus devices.
