Resumo

A necessidade de entregar chapas de aço com dimensões especiais, desde a Usina da Usiminas em Cubatão até o Estaleiro Atlântico Sul em Suape (Pernambuco) iniciou um estudo das possibilidades de transportes existentes com a consequente análise comparativa para tomada de decisão, onde, a despeito da pouca tradição na sua utilização para distribuição de aço no mercado doméstico, a CABOTAGEM se mostrou o modal ideal para essa empreitada, superando os modais concorrentes e suas conjugações em todos quesitos avaliados, tais como: custo / rapidez na entrega / integridade da carga / segurança no transporte, entre outros.

 

The necessity of delivery steel plate with oversize or special dimensions, from the Usiminas Mill in Cubatão until the Estaleiro Atlântico Sul in Suape (Pernambuco), start a study of the possibilities of transports existents with the consequent comparative analysis from decision-making, in despite of the low tradition in your utilization from the steel distribution in the national market, the Costal Transport apparently shows be the ideal transport way for this situation, overcoming the others transports way and yours conjunctures analyzed, such as: costs/delivery performance/cargo integrity/ Transport Security and others parameters.
