Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo a caracterização tecnológica dos aços bake hardening (BH 180 e BH 220) através da inserção desses dados dentro do processo de estampagem profunda, no qual requer que as propriedades mecânicas dos materiais sejam bem especificadas para obter-se o menor erro no cálculo final. Durante o processo de estampagem profunda existem algumas variáveis que influenciam a força necessária para estampagem, entre elas o coeficiente de atrito, a matéria-prima, como também a geometria da ferramenta. Para tal estudo manteve- se a geometria da ferramenta constante (punção cilíndrico) e variou a matéria-prima e os lubrificantes utilizados (diferentes coeficientes de atrito). Os resultados mostraram a diferença das forças máximas nos corpos de prova conforme os diferentes coeficientes de atrito estipulados e as propriedades dos materiais apresentaram forte influência no processo de estampagem profunda.

 

This paper has as objective the technological characterization of bake hardening steel (BH180 and BH220) through data insertion inside of deep drawing process, that it requires the mechanical properties of these materials with close specifications to get minor final calculation mistakes. During deep drawing process it get some variables that it influence in necessary strength to forming process, between these variables are friction coefficient, row material and geometry of dies. To study this situation it was maintained the same geometry dies (cylindrical punch) and it was varied the row material and used lubricants (different friction coefficient). The results showed difference of maximum strength in samples correspondingly of different friction coefficient stipulated and the material properties showed hard influence in the deep drawing process.
