Resumo

Os aços inoxidáveis ferríticos vêm sendo utilizados como substratos para a deposição de filmes finos para aplicação em células a combustível de óxido sólido. A deposição se realiza a 250oC e seguido de um recozimento acima de 700oC. Estuda-se a estabilidade estrutural de um aço inoxidável ferrítico tipo 444. Foram selecionadas três amostras , como recebido e tratadas nas temperaturas de 250o e 850oC durante 2 horas e as técnicas utilizadas foram microscopia e difração de raios-x. A microestrutura das amostras tratadas termicamente não apresentam mudanças em relação ao material como recebido, indicando uma boa estabilidade microestrutural. Nos difratogramas de raios-x nas três amostras foram identificados picos correspondentes à ferrita indicando também uma boa estabilidade das fases. A estabilidade estrutural observada neste aço, mantendo sempre uma microestrutura monofásica

 

Ferritic stainless steel are used like supports for thin film and further applications in solid oxide fuel cell. During the process these film are deposited at 250o and annealing at 700oC. Was studied the stability of the structure of a ferritic stainless steel type 444. Were selected 3 samples, as received and heated at 250 and 850oC during 2 hours. The analyses were by microscopy and x-ray diffraction. The microstructure of the material heat-treated did not differ greatly from the material as received. This indicates a good micro structural stability. In the pattern diffractions of the 3 samples only were identified peaks corresponding to ferrite, indicating a good stability of the phases too. The good structural stability observed in the processing conditions of the film indicate that it can be used like supports.
