Resumo

Neste trabalho, maior atenção foi dada a analisar a estrutura das ligas temperadas de Ti-Nb-3%Al, com alfa e beta estabilizadores, variando o teor de nióbio de 15 a 26% em peso. As ligas desse sistema apresentam alta resistência à corrosão, alto atrito interno e efeitos não elásticos. Análise estrutural foi realizada por métodos de difração de raios-X, microscopia ótica e medição de microdureza. Verificou-se que as alterações na estrutura das amostras ocorrem em sentido de

 

In this work, more attention have been done to the study of the structure of the quenched Ti-Nb-3%Al alloys, with alpha and beta stabilizers, varying the rate of niobium from 15 to 26% in weight. The alloys of this system present high corrosion resistance, high internal attrition and non-elastic effects. The structure analyzes were performed using X-ray diffraction method, optic microscopy and microhardness measurements. It was verified that the alterations in the structure of the alloys occur in the direction:
