Resumo

Neste trabalho foram analisados e comparados os revestimentos de aço inoxidável austenítico AISI 316L e aço inoxidável martensítico AISI 420 aplicados em um substrato de aço ABNT/SAE 1010 através do processo de aspersão térmica a Arco Elétrico (AS, Arc Spraying). A influência dos materiais utilizados durante a aspersão, a microestrutura, a caracterização das propriedades mecânicas quanto ao desgaste e eletroquímicas quanto à corrosão foram investigados.

 

In this work they had been analyzed and compared stainless steel coatings austenitic AISI 316L and stainless steel martensitic AISI 420 applied in a steel substratum ABNT/SAE the 1010 through the arc spray thermal process (AS, Arc Spraying). The influence of the materials used during the deposition, the microstructure, the characterization of the mechanical and electrochemical properties as to the wear and the corrosion they had been investigated.
