Resumo

Este projeto apresenta metodologia e informações pertinentes a confecção do molde protótipo, em resina termofixa ( Resina de superfície 4026 + endurecedor RP1500 e resina de enchimento 4036 com o mesmo endurecedor), para injeção da Polia da máquina de lavar roupas, em termoplástico, atualmente confeccionada em Alumínio, demonstrando as etapas de construção do molde, suas características até a produção do protótipo em termoplástico ( PA6:6 30% FV ). Busca-se também de forma concisa, apresentar as propriedades e as vantagens na confecção de molde protótipos, obtendo um produto protótipo com propriedades físicas e químicas definidos no projeto do produto, melhorando a relação custo benefício, em comparação ao molde confeccionado em material metálico, e por meio de algumas tabelas, gráfico e figuras são explicitadas as diferenças e suas correspondentes empregabilidade na produção de peças e componentes para os mais diversos tipos de indústria.

 

This project presents a methodology and information of fabrication the prototyping mold, in a thermoset resin ( surface resin # 4026 + hardner RP 1500 and a filling resin # 4036 with the same hardner ) for the part injection in a thermoplastics resin, actually manufactured in aluminum, showing the step by step construction of the mold, its characteristics till the thermoplastics prototipe construction ( PA6:6 30% FG ). We also search one resumed way to show the properties & advantages on manufaction the prottyping mold, reaching a better chemical & phisical properties choosen on product project turning better the cost benefits, in comparison to the metal mold prototipe, through tables, grafics, equations & pictiture, are explainned the improvement of a proposed material & the thermoset resin based mold, in the produstion of parts & components to the most several kinds of industries.
