Resumo

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar a filosofia do projeto e os resultados da integração do controle de consumo de carvão da SOL Coqueria no Sistema existente na Coqueria da ArcelorMittal Tubarão. Foi utilizada toda a plataforma de hardware e software existentes de forma a minimizar o custo da integração. A implantação deste projeto objetivou a continuidade dos controles de produção já existentes na Coqueria, sem perda de informações ou necessidade de novas metodologias de controle, mesmo após a integração da planta SOL Coqueria, permitindo um controle com melhor desempenho e menor variabilidade.

 

This work has the objective of show the project philosophy and the results of the coal consumption’s control integration of the SOL Coqueria in the current System used in the ArcelorMittal Tubarão. It was used the current platform of hardware and software to minimize the integration costs. The implantation of this project has the objective of continue with the current production control system without information’s lost or the need of news control’s methodologies, even after the integration of the SOL Coqueria plant, allowing a control with a better performance and reduced variability.
