Resumo

Trata o presente artigo do Programa Cuidar, que consiste na identificação da vocação associativa, redesenho estatutário, legalização institucional e capacitação da gestão social, legal e administrativa de 8 organizações da sociedade civil, adequando-as às normas estatutárias, ao marco legal (Lei n° 9.790/99), ao novo Código Civil (Lei n° 10.406/02), promovendo a capacitação e o desenvolvimento da gestão administrativo-financeira sustentável transformando-os em potenciais prestadores de serviços, interagindo no mercado da própria comunidade, promovendo a sua auto-sustentabilidade para que possam cumprir melhor a sua missão e alcançar as suas metas. A metodologia aplicada englobou fases de mapeamento das necessidades e dos projetos existentes no município, aplicação de entrevistas em profundidade junto às associações representativas e lideranças comunitárias e ações de capacitação institucional. Como resultado, as entidades beneficiadas pelo programa transformaram-se em prestadores de serviços em potencial, podendo vir a gerar renda, contribuindo assim para a conquista da condição de auto-sustentabilidade.

 

It deals with the present article the Program to take care of, that it consists of the identification of the associative vocation, redesign statutory, institucional legalization and qualification of the term of office, legal and administrative, adjusting the statutory norms to the legal landmark (Law n° 9.790/99), to the new Civil Code (Law n° 10.406/02) and the qualification and the development of the sustainable financial administrative management of 8 organizations of the civil society, transforming them into rendering potentials of services, interacting in the market of the proper community, promoting its self-sustainable so that they can fulfill its mission more good and reach its goals. The applied Methodology taked phases of mapping of the necessities and the existing projects in the city, communitarian application of interviews in together depth to the representative associations and leaderships and action of institucional qualification. As result, the entities benefited for the program had been changedded into rendering of services in potential, being able to come to generate income, thus contributing for the conquest of the condition of self- sustainable.
