Resumo

Os acidentes de trabalho estão cada vez mais presentes em indústrias de vários segmentos, inclusive no setor automotivo. Devido ao trabalho no chão de fábrica deste setor utilizar interferência humana em alguns processos e operações, onde o trabalhador compartilha o ambiente produtivo com máquinas automatizadas. Estas máquinas podem causar graves lesões temporárias ou permanentes no trabalhador, podendo chegar até a morte. Neste cenário, este trabalho apresenta um estudo da implantação da pirâmide de Heinrich como forma de informar e prevenir acidentes na indústria automotiva. É detalhado o processo de implantação da pirâmide na linha de produção. Esta implantação contribui na prevenção de acidentes, gera alertas de possíveis riscos, comportamentos inseguros e incidentes. Os resultados desta implementação acabam aumentando a segurança no ambiente de trabalho, reduz custo com acidentes dentro da indústria, que permite investir cada vez mais em métodos para prevenir e gerar um ambiente de trabalho livre de acidentes no setor automotivo.

 

Work accidents are increasingly present in various types of industries, including the automotive sector. Due to use of human interference in the work on the factory floor in some processes and operations of this sector, where the employee shares the productive environment with automated machines. These machines can cause serious temporary or permanent injury on the worker, reaching to death. In this scenario, this paper presents a study of the implementation of the Heinrich pyramid as a way to inform and prevent accidents in the automotive industry. It detailed the deployment process of the pyramid on the production line. This deployment helps in preventing accidents, generating alerts of possible risks, incidents and unsafe behaviors. The results of this implementation actually increases safety in the work environment, reduces cost of accidents within the industry, which allows increasingly investment in methods to prevent and generate a work environment free of accidents in the automotive sector.
