Resumo

Modelos analíticos como o modelo clássico de Johnson-Mehl, Avrami e Kolmogorov (JMAK) são usados para modelar o fenômeno da recristalização. Atualmente a evolução microestrutural simulada é feita por simulação computacional. Neste Trabalho, a simulação computacional é feita pelo método do autômato celular em 3D. As teorias cinéticas e do caminho microestrutural são comparadas com a simulação do autômato celular, e é observado um bom acordo. Também é avaliado o efeito da distribuição dos núcleos na cinética e no caminho microestrutural. Este trabalho é baseado na recristalização mas seus resultados podem ser usados em qualquer transformação de nucleação e crescimento.

 

Analytical Models as the classic model of Johnson-Mehl, Avrami and Kolmogorov (JMAK) are used to model the phenomenon of the recrystallization. Actually the simulated microstructural evolution is done to computational simulation. In this work, the computational simulation is done by Cellular automata method in 3D. The kinetic and the microstructural path theories are compared with cellular automata simulation, and it is observed a good agreement. Also is evaluated the effect of the distribution of the nuclei in the kinetic and in the microstructural path. This work is based on recrystallization but its results can be used to any nucleation and growth transformation.
