Resumo

Esse trabalho tem por objetivo, viabilizar a redução de espessura de componentes para móveis de aço, mantendo a função da peça e aprimorando a qualidade do aço . Está inserido em um trabalho maior, em andamento na CSN, de desenvolvimento de aço CSN extrafino para os segmentos de mercado de linha branca e moveleiro. A metodologia usada, segue o fluxo do sistema de desenvolvimento de produtos da CSN, seguindo as principais etapas: identificação da oportunidade do novo produto, análise técnica e econômica preliminar, definição das características do produto e condições de processamento, produção de lotes experimentais, validação no cliente e liberação para venda rotineira. São mostrados os resultados obtidos no projeto, evidenciando o aumento de resistência mecânica do aço através da adequação de condições de processamento nas diferentes etapas produtivas

 

This paper aims, to allow the reduction of thickness of steel for steel furniture, maintaining the function and reducing the final cost of the play. Is part of a larger work in progress at CSN, the development of superfine steel for the market segment of the white line. The methodology used follows the flow of the pipeline of products CSN, following the main steps: identification of new product opportunities, technical and economic point, definition of product characteristics and processing conditions, production of experimental batches, monitoring on the costumer. The increase of mechanical strength of steel through the adjustment of processing conditions in the different stages of production is shown. The results on the product are shown and the progress of the combined use of steel and polyurethane in the manufacture of doors, which enhances the possibility of working with thicknesses smaller and smaller, keeping the call to the function cost and quality
