Resumo

O VIA Logistic System, é um sistema integrado que permite a coordenação dos diferentes setores da aciaria e para isso se baseia nas informações obtidas dos sistemas de controle e supervisão existentes e no tracking de panelas, que é uma parte integrante deste sistema. Baseado na informação do planejamento geral da aciaria, com os tempos padrões de processo e a situação atual da produção, avalia e ajusta o programa para as próximas corridas. Principais funções: - Coordenar os diferentes setores da aciaria 
- Prever o consumo de matérias primas 
 - Diagnosticar a necessidade de manutenção - Diagnosticar as necessidades de mudanças operacionais ou de 
manutenção 
 O VIA Logistic System está composto de três módulos que interagem entre si e no conjunto, provêem a coordenação da Aciaria: 
 - e-tracking – Módulo Tracking de Panelas 
 - e-logistic – Módulo Básico de Logística 
 - e-vision – Módulo de Supervisão

 

VIA Logistic System is an integrated system that permits the coordination of different sections of the melt shop. It is based on the information get from the control and supervision systems that already exist and on the ladle tracking, which is an integrated part of this system. Based on the general plan information of the melt shop, on the standards process time and on the actual production situation, it evaluates and adjusts the program to the next heats. Main functions: • Coordinate different sections of the melt shop • Foresee the raw material consumption • Diagnose the maintenance necessities • Diagnose the necessities of operational or maintenance change. VIA logistic System is composed by the interaction of three modules and, based on this, provides the melt shop coordination: • e-tracking – Ladle tracking Module • e-logistic – Basic Logistic Module • e-vision – Supervision Module
