Resumo

Neste trabalho, foi avaliada e descrita a evolução das propriedades mecânicas de um tipo de aço tratado termicamente em diferentes temperaturas e tempos, após diferentes graus de redução a frio. Os dados destinam-se a auxiliar a aplicabilidade desta categoria de aço para a fabricação de fitas de embalagens de alta resistência e boa ductilidade. Obtiveram-se informações como limite de resistência (LR), alongamento (Along) e dureza Vickers (HV) em tratamentos feitos em temperaturas entre 300°C e 650oC, tempos de 15 minutos a 120 min utos e graus de redução a frio entre 69% e 73%.

 

In this work was evaluated and described the evolution of mechanical properties of a type of steel annealed by different temperatures and times, after different cold rolled reductions. The data will be used to apply this category of steel to produce high strength and good ductility package bands. It was obtained information about ultimate tensile strength (UTS), elongation (Elong) and Vickers Hardness (HV) after treatments in temperatures between 300°C to 650oC, times from 15 to 120 minutes and cold reductions rates about 69 to 73% in thickness.
