Resumo

O tipo de recozimento dado a aços rápidos antes do endurecimento tem uma grande influência no tamanho médio de grão austenítico e, conseqüentemente, na sua microestrutura e propriedades finais. Neste trabalho, foi feita uma avaliação da influência do recozimento de transformação aplicado antes do tratamento térmico de têmpera no tamanho médio de grão austenítico do aço rápido M3-2 sinterizado a vácuo.
