Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados da eliminação do processo de corrosão nos tubos da caldeira 9 da central termelétrica 1, com solução para os problemas de redução da resistência mecânica do tubo da caldeira, perdas das propriedades da superfície do tubo, vazamentos de fluído e parada da caldeira. A avaliação aborda os estudos efetuados nos principais componentes da caldeira, aos quais foram aplicados os conceitos da célula de corrosão bimetálica, a fim de interpretar o mecanismo de falha, bem como a implementação das ações recomendas, após resultado da analise dos mecanismos de danos atuante. Os estudos utilizados permitiram indicar os danos e os pontos críticos para correção. A realização deste teve como benefício o aumento da confiabilidade e disponibilidade da caldeira, redução da mão de obra de manutenção e redução do custo operacional.

 

This work has as objective presents the results of the elimination of the corrosion process in the tubes of the boiler 9 of the power generation 1, with solution for the problems of reduction of the mechanical resistance of the tube of the boiler, losses of the properties of the surface of the tube, leaks fluid and stop of the boiler. The evaluation approaches the studies made in the main components of the boiler, to the which were applied the concepts of the cell of bimetallic corrosion, in order to interpret the failure mechanism, as well as the implementation of the actions recommends, after result of the it analyzes of the active mechanisms of damages. The used studies allowed to indicate the damages and the critical points for correction. The execution of this had as benefit the increase of the reliability and availability of the boiler, reduction of the work hand of maintenance and reduction of the operational cost.
