Resumo

Neste trabalho, o ligante asfáltico utilizado foi o CAP 50/70 (80% p/p), acrescido com polietileno de alta densidade reciclado 20% p/p. Para análise de estabilidade à estocagem, as amostras foram armazenadas em um cilindro de alumínio nas dimensões 23 mm de diâmetro e 108,12 mm de altura a 180°C por 24 horas e 48 horas. Em seguida foi feita a reologia de ligante e ligante modificafo da parte superior e inferior das amostras após 24 horas, o reometro utilizado foi do tipo Haake RS6000, placa/placa, gap de 15 mm, modulo complexo (G*) e ângulo de fase (δ) a varredura de frequência de 0,01 Hz-100 Hz a 120°C. Os resultados indicam o ganho de rigidez do material nas isotermas analisadas, devido um aumento da elasticidade durante a varredura de frequência de amostras colhidas no fundo do recipiente.

 

In this work the asphalt binder was used CAP 50/70 (80% w/w), together with recycled high density polyethylene 20% w/w. For stability on storage, the samples were stored in a cylinder of aluminum 23 mm in size and 108.12 mm diameter high at 180°C for 24 hours to 48 hours. It was then made the rheology of the binder and the binder modified top and bottom of the samples after 24 hours and 48 hours, the rheometer was used type Haake RS6000, plate/plate gap of 15 mm, complex modulus (G*) and the phase angle (δ) scan frequency of 0.01 Hz to 100 Hz at 120°C. The results indicate the stiffness of the material gain in the isotherms analyzed, due to an increase in elasticity during the scanning frequency of samples taken at the bottom of the container.
