Resumo

O presente trabalho visa estabelecer um modelo teórico de custos para os processos de soldagem por eletrodos revestidos (SMAW) e arame tubular (FCAW). O modelo apresentado foi estabelecido em base a outros modelos propostos na literatura. Estudos experimentais, em aços carbono para diferentes tipos de juntas soldadas foram realizados em campo em ambos os processos mencionados. Os resultados obtidos em campo convergem com aqueles propostos no modelo, de maneira que este trabalho exibe suma importância na determinação da produtividade de empreendimentos na construção e montagem de estruturas metálicas em indústrias offshore.

 

The purpose of this work was to establish a theoretical model of welding costs in shield metal arc welding (SMAW) and flux core arc welding (FCAW) processes. The model was adopted in reference to other models established in literature. Experimental studies on site, using carbon steel plates for different joint types were carried out for both the mentioned processes. The results obtained agreed with those considered in the model, thus this work shows the great importance in the determination of the productivity of enterprises in the construction and assembly of metallic structures in the offshore industries.
