Resumo

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo demonstrar a metodologia utilizada no estabelecimento da liga metálica de melhor custo x beneficio para utilização de corpos moedores aplicados na Moagem de Bolas da Serra dos Carajás/CVRD. A metodologia consiste basicamente em 3 Partes: Parte 1 - O acompanhamento diário das variáveis operacionais do moinho com o intuito de estabelecer o controle de desgaste do material (levantamento e consolidação dos dados para análise); Parte 2 – baseando-se nos resultados da fase 1 realizamos um teste com bolas marcadas, para consolidação dos resultados; Parte 3 - Troca da carga moente em um dos moinhos para avaliar, em escala industrial, o consumo das bolas. Além dos aspectos descritos também foram avaliados os seguintes: a capacidade de atendimento do fornecedor e a logística de transporte do insumo. O resultado do presente trabalho será a redução de no mínimo 35% do custo dos corpos moedores aplicados no processo citado – avaliação em andamento, conclusão prevista para Agosto de 2005.

 

The present work has for objective to evidence the methodology used in the establishment of the more economic metallic league of the applied grinding bodies in the Milling of Balls of the Mountain range of the Carajás/CVRD. The methodology used for this end consists basically of 3 phases: Phase 1 - The daily accompaniment of the operational 0 variable of the mill with intention to establish the control of consuming of this material (survey and consolidation of the data for analysis); Phase 2 - from the results of phase 1 we carry through a test with marked balls, what it allowed the accomplishment of the third stage of the process; Phase 3 - Exchange of the grinding load in one of the mills. Beyond the described aspects others they had been above evaluated, as for example the capacity of attendance of the supplier and the logistic one of transport of raw materials. The result of this work will be the reduction of at the very least 35% in the cost with applied grinding bodies to the process in question.
