Resumo

A cinética de recristalização/transformação de fase foi investigada por simulação computacional pelo método dos autômatos celulares. As curvas de distribuição de tamanho final total e de evolução individual dos grãos foram traçadas utilizando-se os volumes em função do tempo de reação. A saída de dados ao fim da transformação simulada, fornece informações sobre a nucleação e o crescimento dos grãos individuais. Observando-se as curvas de crescimentos individuais, nota-se que cada grão adquire uma cinética própria de crescimento ao longo da reação. Baseado na análise das curvas de crescimento, distribuições de tamanho final de grão e taxa de crescimento, é feita uma comparação qualitativa com resultados experimentais obtidos via 3DXRD encontrados na literatura. Após esta checagem, realiza-se uma discussão sobre os resultados obtidos por meio de simulação e observa-se uma razoável concordância com os resultados experimentais.

 

The nucleation and growth transformation kinetic is simulated by cellular automata method. The distribution curves of final size and growth of each grain had been traced using the volumes in function of the reaction time. The exit of data showed in the end of simulation, supplies to information about nucleation and growth of the individual grains. Of the comments of some individual curves of growth, one meets that each grain has its proper kinetic one of growth. Based in the analysis of the curves of growth, distributions of final size of grain and tax of growth, a qualitative and detailed comparison with experiments of other authors is made. After this checking, becomes fulfilled a quarrel about the results gotten by computational simulation, good agreements with experimental results was shown in the work finesh.
