Resumo

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar a geração de tecnologia, através do número de depósitos de patentes, dos autores do 63°Congresso Anual da ABM no período 01/02/1989 a 28/02/2007. A metodologia de análise dos depósitos foi baseada no encaminhamento realizado no INPI. A geração tecnológica do primeiro lugar, Dra Mirabel Cerqueira Rezende, foi desenvolvida exclusivamente em centros de pesquisas estatal. Os resultados indicam a necessidade urgente de reformulação da política de inovação tecnológica desenvolvida pelas agências de fomento (CNPq, CAPES, FAPESP) e pelos ministérios da educação (MEC) e da ciência e tecnologia (MCT), pois ambos valorizam mais o artigo publicado do que a geração de tecnologia.

 

The present work has for objective to evaluate the technology generation, through the number of application, of the authors of 63° Annual Congress of the AMB in period 01/02/1989 the 28/02/2007. The methodology of analysis of the deposits was based on the guiding carried through in the INPI. The technological generation of the first place, Dra Mirabel Cerqueira Rezende, was developed exclusively in centers of research state. The results indicates the urgency for reformularization of innovation technological politics carried by the development agencies (CNPq, CAPES, FAPESP) and by the ministries of the education (MEC) and science and technology (MCT), therefore both value more the published article of what the technology generation.
