Resumo

Visando atender a etapa de negociação de pelotas de minérios de ferro com clientes, produtores de aço via alto forno em todo mundo, a VALE entendeu a necessidade de realizar um programa interlaboratorial entre os seus laboratórios do Departamento de Pelotização – DIPE – E.S, e as empresas na qual toma parte (Samarco Minerações e Ferteco Minerações), com o objetivo de avaliar, através de ensaios de proficiência, as possíveis variações entre os resultados obtidos nos ensaios metalúrgicos das pelotas de minérios de ferro. O estudo também buscou disponibilizar informações para que todos os laboratórios fossem capacitados a possuir uma estrutura de equipamentos e procedimentos alinhados às normas propostas pela ISO (International Organization for Standardization), bem como avaliar as performances de cada laboratório e definir ações no sentido de nivelar os mesmos visando à padronização dos ensaios.

 

Seeking to assist the negotiation stage and commercialization of pellets of iron ores with the customers, steel makers through blast furnace around of the world, the VALE understood the need to accomplish a program interlaboratorial among their laboratories of the Department of Pelletizing - DIPE - E.S, and of the companies in the which it participates (Samarco Minerações and Ferteco Minerações), with the objective of evaluating, through proficiency rehearsals, the possible variations among the results obtained in the rehearsals for control of the quality metal works of pellets of iron ores. The study also had as objective makes available information so that all of the laboratories were qualified to possess a structure of equipments and aligned procedures to assist to the norms proposed by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), as well to evaluate the performances of each laboratory and to define actions in the sense of leveling the same ones seeking to the standardization of the rehearsals.
