Resumo

As inspeções termográficas quando aplicadas em programas de manutenção preditiva de instalações elétricas apresentam resultados inquestionáveis, todavia, por ser uma técnica essencialmente qualitativa, a mesma não fornece por si própria, rastreabilidade sobre as instalações a serem inspecionadas. Daí, o desafio de identificar e estratificar de forma rápida e confiável, as instalações que apesar de serem visitadas pelo termografista, não apresentam no momento, as condições operacionais mínimas necessárias à inspeção. O volume de papel referente às ordens de inspeção, abertura das suas respectivas ordens de reparo no sistema principal de manutenção (ERP) e principalmente a geração de relatórios termográficos, são todas rotinas que passam a ser sistematizadas com a utilização do sistema de rotas inteligentes para a inspeção termográfica. A utilização de códigos de barras na identificação das instalações permite ao termografista acessar em campo todo o histórico da respectiva instalação, enriquecendo a sua análise e relatos de anomalia.

 

The thermographic inspections when applied to predictive maintenance programs for electrical installations have unquestionable results, however, as an essentially qualitative technique, it does not provide for itself, tracing over the facilities to be inspected. Hence the challenge to identify and stratify quickly and reliably, despite the facilities to be visited by the thermographer does not have the time, the minimum operational conditions necessary for the inspection. The volume of paper concerning orders inspection and reporting mainly thermography and opening of their respective orders repair maintenance on the main system (ERP), are all routines that become systematized with the use of intelligent routing system thermographic inspection. The use of barcodes in the identification of facilities allows the thermographer in the field to access the entire history of their installation, enriching the analysis and anomaly reports.
