Resumo

A Excelência Operacional é um dos principais fatores de sucesso para as empresas no mercado globalizado. Nesse contexto, o gerenciamento de ativos permite maximizar o retorno sobre os ativos e garantir a sustentabilidade dos resultados objetivados pelas empresas dentro da excelência operacional. O presente trabalho apresenta o assunto Gerenciamento de Ativos com foco na manutenção baseada em condição dos ativos de instrumentação e dispositivos elétricos de baixa tensão. A monitoração desses ativos de forma contínua assegura um tempo mínimo de verificação das condições destes equipamentos e, portanto, uma manutenção perto do ótimo teórico, pressupondo que as ações de manutenção ocorrerão de forma adequada. Serão apresentadas, também, as principais características de ferramentas PAM (Plant Asset Management), os requisitos de projeto e os benefícios, enfatizando os resultados proporcionados pela tecnologia.

 

The Operational Excellency is one of the main success factors for the companies in the global market. In this context, the asset management allows maximizing the return on the assets and the guarantee the sustaining of the results objectified for the companies in the Operational Excellency. The present work presents the subject Asset Management with focus in the maintenance based on instrumentation assets and low voltage electric devices condition. The monitoring of these assets in continuous form assures a minimum verification time of these equipments conditions and, therefore, maintenance close to the optimal theory, estimating that the maintenance actions will occur in an adequate form. The main features of PAM (Plant Asset Management) tools, the requirements of project and benefits will also be presented, emphasizing the proportionate results for the technology.
