IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UM SISTEMA DE GESTÃO NA MANUTENÇÃO DE PONTES ROLANTES DA BRASMETAL W AELZHOLZ: IMPLEMENTATION OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE BRASMETAL WAELZHOLZ CRANES

Neste trabalho são apresentados os resultados obtidos com a implantação de técnicas de Manutenção Centrada em Confiabilidade e Metodologia para Solução de Problemas na rotina de manutenção de pontes rolantes da Brasmetal Waelzholz. Com a adoção da nova sistemática conseguiu-se resultados como: redução na quantidade de atendimentos corretivos, aumento do tempo médio entre falhas, aumento na disponibilidade de máquina e redução nos custos de manutenção

This paper shows the results achieved with the implementation of the following techniques: Reliability Centered Maintenance and Troubleshooting Methodology in the maintenance routine of the Brasmetal Waelzholz cranes. With the introduction of the new system it was possible to get results such as: reduction in the amount of corrective maintenance, increasing the Mean Time Between Failures - MTBF, increase in machine availability and reduction in the maintenance expense.
