Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a implementação de alguns requisitos da NBR ISO/IEC 17025 em um laboratório universitário de ensaios metalúrgicos e as mudanças que a implementação tem trazido no dia-a-dia. Aqui serão destacados alguns requisitos da alta direção e requisitos técnicos que após sua implementação tiveram um maior impacto e que serviram para a implementação dos demais requisitos. Também são apresentadas as melhorias decorrentes da implementação da norma.

 

This paper aims to present the implementation of some requirements of NBR ISO / IEC 17025 in an university’s laboratory for metallurgical testing and the changes that the implementation has brought in the day by day. Here are highlighted some of the high requirements and technical requirements that direction after its implementation have a greater impact, which was used for the implementation of other requirements. Also presented are the improvements from the implementation of the standard.
