Resumo

Con el objetivo de utilizar el polvo colador con adiciones de carbonato de Ba (como trazador), para verificar el origen de macroinclusiones, en el marco de un estudio sobre limpieza inclusionaria, se estudia el efecto sobre el comportamiento en cuanto a la viscosidad, fluidez e influencia sobre la tendencia a la cristalización que el compuesto presenta sobre polvos coladores en condiciones de temperatura similares a las del proceso (1200

 

With the aim(lens) to use the mold powder with additions of Ba's carbonate (as tracer), to verify the origin of macroinclusions, in the frame of a study on cleanliness inclusions, the effect on the behavior is studied as for the viscosity, fluency and influence on the trend to the crystallization that the compound presents on mold powders in conditions of temperature similar to those of the process (1200 °C and 1300 °C). To such an end(purpose), there were applied different theoretical models and experimental technologies(skills) by means of which the degree of fluency decided using the sloping plane, the viscosity and Tbr's temperature, the crystalline present phases in the powder in condition(state) of receipt and the degree of crystallization generated during the solidification from the molten powder. Finally, by means of diffraction of X ray to high temperature the phase formation is corroborated to correlate with the reigning conditions during the cooling in the mold.
