Resumo

O trabalho presente trabalho estuda o crescimento de grão em materiais metálicos submetidos a pequenas deformações e posteriormente recozidos, fenômeno também conhecido como recristalização secundária ou crescimento anormal de grão. Os mecanismos que regem este processo ainda não são consenso na literatura. Análises microestruturais utilizando aço AISI 1006 foram realizadas sob a influência do grau de deformação, da etapa prévia de descarbonetação e temperatura de recozimento. A evolução da textura durante o processo de crescimento de grão foi observada sob estes mesmos parâmetros. Os resultados obtidos confirmam a existência da inibição do crescimento normal de grão por deformação e o efeito do carbono na composição como retardador da recristalização.

 

The present work studies the growth of grain in metallic materials submitted the small deformation and annealing, the phenomenon also known as secondary recrystallization or abnormal growth of grain. The mechanisms that conduct this process not yet are consensus in literature. Microstructural analyses using steel AISI 1006 had been carried through under the influence of the deformation degree, of the previous stage of decarburization and temperature of annealing. The evolution of the texture during the process of grain growth was observed under these same parameters. The results confirm the existence of the inhibition of the normal growth of grain for deformation and the effect of carbon in the composition as delaying of the recrystallization.
