Resumo

Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foram feitas um passe de trefilagem consecutivos, com 15% área redução por passar, sem inter-annealing até fio quebra. Após os passes de trefilação as amostras foram analisados pelo teste de dureza(micro- indentação)e metalografia. Estes testes mostraram a influência da quantidade de deformação nas propriedades mecânicas da liga de NiTi. Complementando esse trabalho, a microscopia óptica mostra a evolução da microestrutura dos fios trefilados em cada passe.

 

For the development of this work they were made a consecutive pass of wire drawing with 15% area reduction per pass, without inter-annealing until wire breakage. Samples were taken after each drawing pass and they were analyzed by micro-indentation hardness test and metallography. These tests showed the influence of the amounts of deformation on the mechanical properties of NiTi alloy. Complementing this work, optical microscopy shows the evolution of the microstructure of the wires in each wire passes.
