Resumo

Este artigo mostra a evolução da textura cristalográfica de um aço elétrico de grão orientado de alta permeabilidade magnética submetido a diferentes ciclos de descarbonetação. Os ciclos foram interrompidos em várias temperaturas, entre 547oC e 830oC, com intervalos de aproximadamente 20oC. O objetivo da interrupção dos ciclos é analisar a textura cristalográfica formada ao longo do recozimento de descarbonetação. Os resultados mostram que a orientação {111}<112>, esperada para estes materiais, somente aparece no material depois de recristalizado e primeiramente em amostras com envelhecimento. Na amostra submetida ao ciclo completo de descarbonetação é visível o efeito do envelhecimento na conservação da componente

 

This paper shows the texture evolution of a high magnetic permeability grain-oriented electrical steel subjected to different cycles of decarburization. The cycles were interrupted at several temperatures of 547°C to 830°C, at intervals of about 20°C. The purpose of the interruption of the cycles is to analyze the crystallographic texture formed during the decarburization annealing. The results show that the orientation {111}<112>, expected for these materials, only appears in the fully recrystallized material and firstly in aged samples.
