Resumo

O trabalho aborda, inicialmente, um breve histórico sobre a situação do sistema de águas que abastece o polo de Cubatão e os problemas que vieram a ocorrer no início dos anos 90 e as providencias tomadas pela Cosipa para contorna-los. osteriormente, faz um relato sobre as unidades de captação, recirculação e tratamento de águas da Cosipa, ressaltando as dificuldades encontradas em sua operação descentralizada. Em seguida, destaca-se a introdução do SSA – Sistema Supervisor de Águas, detalhando-se a estratégia para sua formação e as plantas envolvidas no sistema de controle centralizado, com enfoque para as várias alternativas operacionais implantadas na filosofia do SSA. É detalhada a arquitetura típica de uma ilha operacional e como ela se comunica com o Centro de Energia, onde se localiza a operação centralizada do SSA. Na parte final do trabalho, são destacadas as características técnicas do sistema e das remotas implantadas, tais como padrões de comunicação, recursos operacionais, com enfoque para arquitetura de uma das remotas instaladas.

 

The text of work includes, initially, a historical abbreviation about the situation of the waters system that supplies the industrial complex of Cubatão and the problems that came to happen in the beginning of the nineties and the arrangements taken them by COSIPA for you outline them. Later, it makes a report on the units of service water intake, water recirculation and treatment of COSIPA, detailing the difficulties found in the decentralized operation. Soon afterwards, with the introduction of SSA - System Supervisor of Waters, the text detailed the strategy for his formation and the plants involved in the system of centralized control, with focus for the several operational alternatives implanted in the philosophy of SSA. The typical architecture of an operational island is detailed and her communicates with the Energy Center , where it is located the centralized operation of SSA. In the final part , the text, detailed the technical characteristics of the system and of the remote devices implanted, such as communication patterns, operational resources, with focus for architecture of one of the remote device installed.
