Resumo

A Logística Reversa tem crescido muito nos últimos anos. As empresas enxergam a Logística Reversa como peça fundamental na Cadeia de Suprimentos devido à necessidade de ser uma empresa ambientalmente correta, mais competitiva no mercado e de redução do custo na destinação dos rejeitos gerados na produção. O objetivo deste trabalho consiste em apresentar a evolução do sistema de reciclagem da CSN no que tange a organização do local, a questão ambiental e os lucros. Neste trabalho foram combinadas as seguintes modalidades de pesquisa: documental (legislação ambiental e procedimentos vigentes), histórico dos últimos anos e levantamento de dados e entrevista. O presente trabalho apresenta os resultados qualitativos e quantitativos gerados após a unificação das áreas de reciclagem, o que possibilitou a melhora do fluxo de recebimento, armazenamento e venda/destinação dos materiais inservíveis.

 

Reverse Logistics has been growing a lot over the last few years. Companies have seen Reverse Logistics as a fundamental piece in the Supply Chain due to the need of being an environmentally correct company, being competitive in the market, as well as to reducing cost in the destination of rejects created during production. The goal of this study consists of presenting the evolution of the recycling system at CSN regarding the organization of the site, the environmental matter and profit. In the present study it has been combined the following modalities for research: documentary research (environmental legislation and current procedures), historic of the last few years and data gathering and also interview. The current paper presents qualitative and quantitative results obtained after the unification of the recycling areas, that made possible the improvement of the receive flow, storage and sell/destination of the materials that would not be used anymore.
