Resumo

Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo introduzir uma metodologia para a modelagem do Sistema de Entrada de Material (SEM) em uma linha de decapagem. Considerando o SEM como um sistema a eventos discreto, técnicas derivadas das Redes de Petri podem ser utilizadas para sua modelagem. Tais técnicas incluem Production Flow Schema e o Mark Flow Graph (PFS/MFG), que tem provado grande eficiência na modelagem hierárquica, análise e controle de sistemas a eventos discretos (SEDs). Neste contexto, este sistema é modelado em diferentes níveis de abstração: (a) um modelo conceitual a partir da aplicação de técnicas de modelagem, (b) a técnica PFS e (c) um modelo funcional que é obtido pela aplicação do MFG. A metodologia proposta confirma a utilidade e eficiência da modelagem, quando permite a especificação funcional de todo o sistema (objeto de controle e sistema de controle), e estratégias que facilitam sua integração com outros sistemas.

 

This work has as main purpose introduce a methodology to model a Material Entry System (MES) in a pickling line. Considering the MES as a Discrete Event System (DES), techinics derivates from Petri Net can ve used for its modelyng. Such techincs include PFS and the MFG, that has provided great efficient in the hierarchical modelyng, analyse and control of DES. In this context, this system is modelyng in different levels of abstraction (a) a conceptual model from aplication of modelyng techinics, (b) the PFS techinics e (c) a funcional model that is obtained by the aplication of the MFG. The methodology proposed confirm the utility and efficiency of the modelyng, when allow the funcional especfication of entire system (control object and control system), the strategies that became easy its integration with others system.
