Resumo

O trabalho tem por objetivo demonstrar o processo de adequação do Modelo de Contratação e Gestão de Serviços de Terceiros, visando customizar uma solução no ERP SAP, sem perda da qualidade e dos princípios até então bem sucedidos na planta da ArcelorMittal Tubarão.

 

The work has for objective to demonstrate to the process of adequacy of the Model of Act of contract and Management of Services of Third, aiming at to developement a solution in the ERP SAP, without loss of the quality and the principles until then successful in the plant of the ArcelorMittal Tubarão.
