Resumo

O presente trabalho aborda a aplicação de uma nova técnica preditiva de manutenção por condição ,utilizando da termográfia infravermelha, para monitoramento de vida útil dos revestimentos da hélice dos moinhos verticais do projeto Minas-Rio, apresentando um método de inspeção inovadora, onde foi identificado um padrão de comportamento termográfico que indiretamente define a condição de desgaste dos revestimentos da hélice, podendo assim definir o momento ideal para troca dos revestimentos, garantindo a confiabilidade do equipamento, o custo orçado e a performance do revestimento. Atualmente já estabelecemos uma rotina de monitoramento aplicando a técnica de inspeção termográfica, onde a partir dos dados levantados é gerado um relatório que define para o PCM a sequência ideal para troca dos revestimentos.

 

The present work deals with the application of a new conditional predictive maintenance technique, using infrared thermography, to monitor the life of the vertical windmill propellers of the Minas-Rio project, presenting an innovative inspection method, where a a thermographic behavior standard that indirectly defines the condition of wear of the propeller linings, thus being able to define the ideal moment for the replacement of the linings, guaranteeing the reliability of the equipment, the budgeted cost and the performance of the coating. Currently we have established a monitoring routine applying the technique of thermographic inspection, where from the collected data a report is generated that defines for PCM the ideal sequence for changing the coatings.
