Resumo

O grande desafio na gestão de materiais sempre foi adequar as políticas de planejamento de forma dinâmica, atendendo às mudanças e influências internas e externas nas características de cada item de estoque. As constantes mudanças dos parâmetros de demanda, qualidade, fornecimento e tempos, causam forte impacto na cadeia de suprimentos e requerem uma reação rápida e que refletida diretamente na gestão e adoção das políticas de planejamento, visando melhorar o nível de serviço aos clientes internos e otimizar o capital de giro investido através de adequado balanceamento do estoque. Esse dinamismo é contemplado através de uma inteligência operacional, que permite uma ação pró-ativa e imediata de forma automática no sistema SAP R/3. A aderência entre a metodologia e o SAP R/3 bem como resultados comprovados, são o objeto deste trabalho.

 

The great challenge in the materials management has always been to adequate the planning rules in a dynamic way, complying with the internal and external changes and influences in the characteristics of each stock item. The continuous changes in the parameters of, demand, quality, supplies and lead time, cause a very strong impact in the supplies chain and require a fast reaction directly reflected on the planning and acting of the management politics, aiming to improve the service level offered to the internal customers and optimize the utilization of the invested working capital through an adequate stock balance. This dynamic way of management is obtained through an operational intelligence that allows a prompt and pro-active action in an automatic way in the R/3 SAP system. The adherence between the methodology and the SAP R/3 as well as the already proved results is the core objective of this work.
