Resumo

Os sistemas de gerenciamento utilizados hoje em dia não possuem as ferramentas de interoperabilidade necessárias a uma completa integração das informações de produção. Esse cenário dificulta a tarefa de tomada de decisões em tempo hábil. O objetivo é alcançar uma perspectiva holística do ponto de vista do processo produtivo como um todo, em que sub-sistemas possam ser integrados em uma comunidade coerente trabalhando juntos para alcançar uma meta única. Neste trabalho será apresentada uma alternativa viável para a integração de sistemas utilizando a tecnologia dos multi-agentes. A solução apresentada será baseada na implantação de agentes inteligentes nos diversos sub-sistemas com a função de estabelecer um “link” eficiente e inteligente entre as partes. A metodologia a ser implementada para alcançar a integração vai permitir a colaboração entre os agentes. A implantação de sistemas multi-agentes nas instalações industriais pode ocasionar diversos benefícios, dependendo da área de aplicação e dos recursos investidos em reestruturação dos sistemas e a abrangência na aplicação dos agentes. Dentre esses benefícios podem se destacar uma integração mais harmônica entre os dados provenientes das diversas unidades, recuperação mais fácil e eficiente dos dados, maior confiabilidade nas informações, entre outros.

 

Objectives: Nowadays management system do not have the necessary interoperability tools to complete the information integration process needed. This cenario makes the decision taking process very difficult to obtain. The main objective is to get an holistic perspective at the productive prcess point of view as a whole, where sub-systems have the hability to integrate to each other in a coherent comunity, working together to reach an unique goal. Methodology: In this work the technology of the multi-agents will be presented as a viable alternative for the systems integration. The presented solution will be based on the implantation of intelligent agents in the diverse subsystems with the function to establish an efficient and intelligent "link" between the parts. The methodology to be implemented to reach the integration goes to allow the contribution between the agents. The communication rules between the agents of the distinct systems are defined as well as the common language for the perfect understanding of the messages and delegated tasks. Expected results: The implantation of multi-agents systems in the industrial installations can produce a variety of benefits, depending on the application area and the resources invested in reorganization of the systems and the depth of the use of agents technology. Amongst these benefits can be distinguished a more harmonic integration enters the data proceeding from the diverse units, more easy and efficient recovery of the data, greater trustworthiness in the information, among others. Basically the benefits reflect in a more efficient exploration of market chances at the point of view of the decision taking.
