O trabalho objetiva apresentar a iniciativa da CST, em conjunto com outras empresas de diferentes setores, que adotaram a metodologia de Benchmarking como forma de trocar experiências em processos e práticas de gestão, identificando oportunidades de aprimoramentos, inerentes as atividades de Suprimentos .
The objective of this work is to present the CST ́s initiative, together with other companies from different sectors, which have adopted the methodology of Benchmarking in order to exchange experiences in processes and management practices, identifying opportunities of improvements in Supply activities.
