Resumo

O trabalho visa demonstrar as melhorias realizadas no processo de entrega programada de materiais nas áreas da CST – Arcelor Brasil, com o objetivo de aumentar o nível de produtividade e de serviço, bem como a redução de retrabalho, insatisfação do cliente interno e as críticas no processamento sistêmico. A metodologia do trabalho consistiu primeiramente na identificação dos problemas e conseqüências que a entrega de materiais programada trás para o atendimento as necessidades das áreas da companhia, como os atrasos na entrega, entrega em local diferente do solicitado, reprocessamento operacional da entrega, problemas de rastreabilidade, processamento sistêmico e a posição do estoque, e com as ações propostas espera-se reduzir os atrasos na entrega, ou seja, garantir que o material programado para a data seja entregue no dia solicitado, garantindo a eficiência operacional, redução dos retornos e evitando o reprocessamento operacional da entrega, a eliminação dos problemas de processamento sistêmico aumentando, a segurança e rastreabilidade dos materiais entregues garantido à posição do estoque com maior acuracidade.

 

The work aims at to demonstrate the improvements carried through in the process of programmed delivery of materials in the areas of the CST - Arcelor Brazil, with the objective to increase the service and productivity level, as well as the reduction of re- work, dissatisfaction of the internal customer and the critical ones in the system processing. The methodology of the work first consisted of the identification of the problems and consequences that the delivery of materials programmed backwards for the attendance the necessities of the areas of the company, as the delays in the delivery, it delivers in different place of the requested one, operational reprocessing of the delivery, problems of tracking, system processing and the position of the supply, with the actions proposals expects to reduce the delays in the delivery, or either, to guarantee that the material programmed for the date either delivers in the requested day, guaranteeing the operational efficiency, reduction of the returns and preventing the operational reprocessing of the delivery, the elimination of the problems of system processing increasing the security and tracking of the materials you deliver guaranteed the position of the supply with better acurracy.
