Resumo

Com o objetivo de otimizar a capacidade de transporte de gusa líquido em carros torpedos e garantir maior segurança operacional na Usiminas, planta Usina II, a Usiminas tem por filosofia a melhoria contínua e busca constantemente estratégias que possam viabilizar a melhoria de suas operações e torná-la cada dia mais competitiva, face à necessidade de obter maior desempenho e produtividade de seus equipamentos. Devido ao crescente aumento de produção dos Altos fornos, buscou-se a evolução da carga média dos carros torpedos revendo o nível de carregamento, as rotas de movimentação e definição de freqüências das rotinas internas ao Circuito de Gusa, o que permitiu aumentar o volume de gusa transportado sem necessidade de aquisição de novos equipamentos.

 

With the objective of optimizing transport capacity of liquid pig iron in torpedo cars and to ensure greater operational safety at Usiminas, plant II, the Usiminas is the continuing improvement philosophy and seeking constantly strategies that can facilitate the improvement of its operations and make the each day more competitive, given the need to obtain-higher performance and productivity of their equipment. Due to the increasing production of blast furnaces, sought-if the evolution of average load of torpedo cars reviewing the shipment level, the routes of handling and definition of frequencies of internal routines to the circuit of pig iron, which has helped increase the volume of pig iron transported without the need for acquisition of new equipment.
