Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho foi alcançar estabilidade nos resultados de qualidade oriundos da planta e reduzir os gastos operacionais. Teve como metodologia, baseada em estatística, a avaliação das variáveis de processo usadas como referência no controle da planta. Basicamente este trabalho buscou encontrar mecanismos e outras variáveis de controle capazes de maximizar a eficiência da planta e minimizar o consumo específico de energia elétrica. Como resultado do trabalho verificou-se o aumento significativo da estabilidade dos resultados após a prensa de rolos, sobre tudo os itens blaine e mash e redução no consumo de energia elétrica gasta nas operações de prensagem de pellet-feed.

 

The purpose of this paper is to show how to keep stability in the results of quality from the plant and to reduce operating expenses. It had as methodology, based on statistic, the assessment of the used process variables as reference in control of the plant. Basically this paper sought to find mechanisms and others variables to be able control and maximize the efficiency of the plant and reduce the specific consumption of electric energy. How results this paper had a significant stability of the results after roller press, over all about items blaine and mash, and reduction in the consumption of electric energy spent in the operations of pellet feed pressing.
